Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců v podniku. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit adaptační proces nového zaměstnance v konkrétní organizaci a navrhnout případné změny. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to z teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě dostupné odborné literatury, která je uvedena na konci práce. Tato část vysvětluje proces vzdělávání zaměstnanců a charakterizuje základní pojmy. V praktické části je popsán zaškolovací proces v dané firmě. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci byly zjištěny problematické oblasti a navrhnuty změny vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu. The bachelor thesis is focused on education and development of employees in a company. Its main purpose is to evaluate the process of adaptation of a new employee in a particular organization and propose some possible changes. The Bachelor thesis is divided into two chapters, theoretical and practical one. Theoretical chapter is based on available professional literature, which is listed in the end of the thesis. This part contains the explanation of the main terms and explains the whole process of education of the employees in a company. Practical chapter is describing the training process in a particular organization. Using the questionnaire among the employees the problematic areas were found out and optimisation measures were proposed.
