Manažer je prvkem organizace, který vykonává řídící činnost. Při řízení používá určitý styl. Styl řízení je neoddělitelnou součástí každého manažera. Podle něho lze určit vlastnosti a efektivitu manažera. Vypracovaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na styly řídící práce manažerů. Cílem práce je hodnocení stylu řídící práce. Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje vysvětlení teorie týkající se managementu. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem "manažer" a jeho rolí v organizaci. Dále jsou popsány styly řízení, jejich vznik a charakteristiky. V analytické části je hodnocena řídící práce manažera ve společnosti DMcom s.r.o. Ve vlastní práci je popsaná charakteristika zkoumané společnosti a charakteristiky hlavního manažera. Analýza byla prováděna pomocí dotazníkového šetření pracovníků. Výsledky jsou znázorněny pomoci sektorových grafů pro každou zvláštní otázku. Celkově bylo zjištěno, že manažer nepoužívá vždy jeden zavedený určitý styl. Vše záleží na situaci a okolních podmínkách. Manager is a component of an organization who carries out management activities. Manager uses a certain style for such activities. Management style is an integral part of every manager. According to it, you can determine the properties and effectiveness of a manager. This Bachelor thesis focuses on styles of managers' work. The aim of the work is to evaluate the style of management. This Bachelor thesis contains an explanation of the theory regarding management. The theoretical part deals with the concept of a manager and the manager's role in the organization. Also, it describes the management styles, their origin and characteristics. In the analytical part, the work of a manager from the company DMcom s.r.o. is evaluated. In the work itself, the characteristics of the analysed company and the characteristics of the lead manager are described. The analysis was carried out using a questionnaire survey of the workers. The results are illustrated by the sectoral charts for each specific question. Overall, it was found that the manager does not always use a certain established style. Everything depends on a situation and surrounding conditions.
