V současné době roste poptávka po wellness službách a s tím je spojený růst konkurence a větší nároky pro udržení společnosti na trhu. Ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti přispívá poskytování kvalitních služeb, vystihujících zákazníkovy potřeby. Cílem práce je proto identifikace preferencí a spotřebitelského chování spotřebitelů, kteří využívají wellness služby. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, mezi návštěvníky konkrétního saunového centra, jsou zkoumány jejich preference při výběru centra, motivace, důvody k návštěvě nebo také jejich četnost. V závěru jsou z výsledků šetření formulována doporučení pro toto konkrétní saunové centrum. Currently, the demand for welness services is growing which is associated with increasing competition and greater demands to keep the company on the market. To increase competiveness contributes to provide quality services that reflect the needs of customers. The aim of this thesis is to identify preferences and behaviour of customers who use welness services. Through the questionnaire survey among the visitors of a particular sauna center there are examined preferences which influence the choice of customers, their motivation and reasons and frequency of visit. In conclusion, there are formulated recommendations for the particular sauna center which are resulting from the survey results.
