Cílem práce Marketing služeb je navrhnout vhodné marketingové řízení pro začínajícího lektora angličtiny. V teoretické části se autor zabývá problematikou marketingového mixu a jeho rozšířením ve službách, tzv. marketingový mix 7P. Dále práce pojednává o vnitřním a vnějším prostředí a o tom, jak prostředí ovlivňuje podnikatelský subjekt. V závěru teoretické části jsou zmíněna hlavní specifika mezifiremních trhů. Ke zpracování teoretické a praktické části bakalářské práce byly použity metody literární rešerše, deskripce, komparace, dedukce, dotazování, analýza sekundárních dat a primárních dat a dotazníková šetření. V rámci praktické části byla provedena analýza tržního prostředí. Na základě analýzy, s pomocí teoretických východisek, byl vytvořen návrh marketingového mixu, který musí autor vytvořit, aby oslovil co nejvíce firemních zákazníků. Mezi konkrétní návrhy řízení patří umožnit zákazníkům i Skype hodiny, pořídit si auto kvůli vyšší dostupnosti, soustavně se pedagogicky vzdělávat a udělat si certifikát z angličtiny C1, nastavit cenu v rozmezí 450 Kč až 550 Kč za hodinu, s potenciálními zákazníky jednat na osobních schůzkách, umožnit zákazníkům mít ukázkovou hodinu a na reprezentativním webu jim poskytnout k vidění reference od jiných zákazníků. The aim of Marketing services thesis is to create an optimal marketing management for english teacher´s start-up business. Theoretical part is focused on marketing mix and its enlargement in area of services, also known as 7P mix. Then, thesis describes environments of business, internal as well as external, and its influencing the business subject. There are mentioned some of the main specifics of B2B market at the end of theoretical part. To create thesis there were used methods like literature review, description, comparison, deduction, interviews, analysis of secondary datas and primary datas and surveys. In practical part of thesis there is enviroments of business analysis. Marketing management was designed based on findings from analysis and theoretical part in order to reach maximum of customers among enterprises. Among concrete proposal of management there are offering options of Skype lesson instead of classic hours. Autor should also buy a car to be more flexible, constantly learn new pedagogical and lingual knowledge, reach C1 english certificate, set price level between 450 and 550 crown per lesson, reach new potencial customers during personal meetings according to B2B market rules, let the customers have a free first hour and have some good references from the other students on her precisely made websites.
