Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu uspořádání ploch s rozdílným způsobem využití na území Prahy 5, Císařské louce a jejím okolí, který bude splňovat jak požadavky na ochranu přírody a krajiny, tak potřeby obyvatel města. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na základní tři části. První část, literární rešerše se zabývá vztahem města a řeky, rolí nábřeží v městském prostředí, systémy, kterých mohou být nábřeží součástí a legislativním rámcem této tematiky. Následující, analytická část mapuje jak zájmovou oblast v rámci širších vztahů, tak i konkrétní zvolené řešené území. Poznatky z předešlých dvou částí jsou uplatněny v poslední, návrhové části. Tato část je tvořena variantními řešení, které ukazují různé možnosti rozvržení ploch v řešené oblasti. Výsledkem je pak konečný návrh splňující požadovanou koordinaci ochrany přírody a krajiny a potřeb obyvatel města. The aim of this thesis is to create design of areas with different ways of using in area of Prague 5, Císařská louka and neighborhood. This design should join the requirements of nature and landscape protection and needs of city residents. The thesis is divided into three basic parts. In the first part, in the literary research is described relationship between the city and the river, the role of the river embankment in the urban environment, systems which includes area of the riverbanks and the legislative framework mentioned issues. Next, analytical part maps area of interest within the wider context as well as the concretely chosen studied area. Findings from the two previous parts are implemented in the last part of the design. This part consists of different variants of solution showing the options of area layout in the studied area. The result is a final design which joins required coordination of nature and landscape protection and the needs of city residents.
