Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat hlavní preference spotřebitelů při nákupu regionálních potravin v regionu Hlavní město Praha a Středočeský kraj. Metodika tvorby teoretických východisek spočívá především v analýze, syntéze a kompilaci sekundárních dat z dostupné odborné literatury, právních předpisů, informací SZIF, MZe ČR, ČSÚ a dalších relevantních institucí. Metodika vlastní práce je založena na provedení dotazníkového šetření metodou osobního dotazování. Dotazníkové šetření proběhlo v období říjen až listopad 2015 na území Prahy a Středočeského kraje. Z provedeného šetření vyplynulo, že mezi oběma regiony nejsou významné rozdíly. Spotřebitelé se při nákupu lokálních potravin chovají ve Středočeském kraji přibližně stejně jako v Praze. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the main consumer purchasing preferences of regional foods in the region Capital City of Prague and Central Bohemia. Methodology of the theoretical background is primarily in analysis, synthesis and compilation of secondary data from the available literature, legislation, information SZIF, MZe ČR, ČSÚ and the other relevant institutions. The methodology own work is based on a questionnaire survey using personal interviews. A questionnaire survey was conducted from October to November 2015 in Prague and Central Bohemia. The investigation showed that the two regions are not significant differences. Consumers in the purchase of local foods behave in the Central Bohemia approximately the same as in Prague.
