Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat exportní příležitostí českých firem na moldavském trhu a také představit Moldavsko v kontextu ekonomického a obchodního vývoje jako partnera rozvojové spolupráce České republiky. Práce se zabývá exportem českých firem do Moldavska, komplexním zkoumáním průběhu tohoto exportu a jeho bariéry. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice zahraničního obchodu, především jeho formám, funkcím a úloze v ekonomice země. V praktické částí je zkoumán vývoj zahraničního obchodu Moldavska v letech 2010-2014 s důrazem na komoditní strukturu a také jsou charakterizovány nejdůležitější komoditní skupiny moldavského a českého exportu a importu, je uveden seznam nejvíce vyvážených a dovážených komodit. Praktická část dále obsahuje analýzu obchodních a ekonomických vztahů mezi oběma zeměmi a jsou představeny základní podmínky pro uplatnění českého zboží na moldavském trhu. V závěrečné části je poté provedena celková syntéza exportních příležitosti na moldavském trhu a popsána doporučeni pro české exportéry. The aim of this thesis is to analyze export opportunities of Czech companies on the Moldavian market, and also to represent Moldova as development and cooperation partner of the Czech Republic in the context of economic and business development. The dissertation deals with Czech companies exporting to Moldova, comprehensive investigation of this export and its barriers. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is devoted to foreign trade, especially its forms, functions and role in the economy of the country. The practical part comprising analysis of foreign trade in the Czech Republic, its development and changes in territorial and commodity structure. This work studies the evolution of foreign trade in Moldova in the years 2010-2014, with an emphasis on the commodity groups of Moldova's exports and imports, including lists of top exported and imported items. The practical part contains analysis of trade and economic relations between the two countries, also including the basic conditions for Czech goods to be used on the Moldavian market. The final part is then subjected to a full synthesis of export opportunities for Moldavian market, discussing some crucial recommendations for Czech exporters.
