Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dovednosti v komunikaci u vedoucího pracovníka. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část vychází z teoretických východisek, podle kterých je charakterizován současný stav dané problematiky. Na základě těchto poznatků byly zpracovány otevřené otázky pro řízený rozhovor s vybranými manažery. Druhá část, vlastní práce, obsahuje odpovědi na otázky manažerů, které byly získány při rozhovorech v pěti různých organizacích. Odpovědi všech manažerů byly analyzovány a vyhodnoceny. Výsledek tohoto šetření ukazuje reálný stav, jak jednotlivý manažeři hodnotí komunikaci a jak je pro ně důležitá. Jaké formy nejčastěji využívají a co je pro ně v komunikaci prioritní. The bachelor thesis is focused on the communication skills of a manager. This work is divided into two main parts. The first part is composed of theoretical background which is used to evaluate the current situation of the topic. Based on this knowledge the questions for the guided interview were formed. The second part (the own work) consists of manager´s answers noted during interviews done at five different organizations. The answers were analyzed and rated. The result of this research shows actual situation, how managers evaluate the communication and its importance for their job. What are their communication ways and what they find as important.
