Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dostupností volnočasových aktivit pro mládež. Aktivity volného času jsou zaměřeny na konkrétní lokalitu a tou je město Jablonec nad Nisou. Dále jsou v práci nastíněny problémy, se kterými se mohou poskytovatelé a pracovníci těchto institucí setkat. Jedná se především o nedostatek finančních prostředků na činnost, zejména pro soukromé podnikatele, ale také se může jednat o převyšující poptávku nad nabídkou i přesto, že v tomto městě se nachází hojný počet organizací, ve kterých mohou děti a mládež trávit svůj volný čas. Tento problém se vyskytuje především u ZUŠ a DDM, protože si mohou dovolit zvolit nižší cenu školného a tak jsou jejich služby dostupné širší veřejnosti. Mládež může navštěvovat v době mimo vyučování základní uměleckou školu, středisko volného času, nízkoprahové zařízení, které je přístupné všem a rodiče tak nemusí platit školné nebo soukromé subjekty, které se snaží o rozvíjení jak psychické, tak i fyzické stránky dítěte. Podrobně je s těmito poskytovali volnočasových aktivit, seznámeno v praktické části práce. V teoretické části je naopak vymezeno financování aktivit a dále je zde lehce nastíněno legislativní zakotvení. V závěru práce je zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků. This thesis deals with the accessibility of leisure activities for youth. Leisure activities are focused on the particular locality which is the town of Jablonec nad Nisou. Furthermore, this outlines the problems which the providers and staff of these institutions encounter. These are mainly a lack of funds for their operation, especially for private entrepreneurs, but also an excess of demand over supply. Nevertheless, this city offers many facilities where children and young people can spend their leisure time. The above-mentioned issue occurs primarily at art schools and youth centers because these can afford to choose lower school fees and therefore their services are accessible to a wider public. Apart from school lessons, the youth may attend art schools, leisure centers and low threshold facilities which are open to everybody and parents also do not have to pay school fees or pay the private entities that are trying to develop the physical as well as the mental aspects of the child. The practical part of this thesis takes a closer look to those providers of leisure time. On the contrary the financing of those activities is defined in the theoretical part where also the legislative basis is slightly outlined. The conclusion includes the evaluation of obtained results.
