Téma bakalářské práce se zabývá účetní uzávěrkou a závěrkou podle českých norem. Povinnost zpracovávat účetní závěrku má každá účetní jednotka, která vede účetnictví. Z tohoto důvodu bude dané téma vždy aktuálně probíranou problematikou. V literární rešerši je popsána většina účetních postupů, které jsou nedílnou součástí účetní uzávěrky a nesmějí být před provedením účetní závěrky opomenuty. Patří mezi ně v prvé řadě inventarizace, na jejímž základě je účetnictví porovnáváno se skutečnými stavy. Dále také závěrečné operace u zásob, časové rozlišení, opravné položky a jiné operace důležité pro věrné a poctivé zobrazení hospodaření podniku. Literární rešerše je zakončena kapitolou o účetní závěrce. V analytické části jsou získané poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt. Postupně jsou uvedeny operace spojené s účetní uzávěrkou za rok 2015. Dále je sestavena účetní závěrka. Všechny kroky jsou porovnány s právními předpisy České republiky. Posléze jsou navržena opatření, díky nimž je účetní závěrka vybraného podnikatelského subjektu uvedena do souladu se zákonem. Konkrétně je navržena změna způsobu ocenění majetku. The topic of the thesis deals with the financial statement and the statement by the Czech standards. Each entity, which accounts, has the obligation to prepare the financial statement The obligation to prepare of financial statement of each entity. Therefore, this topic will always be currently discussed issue. The literature search is described by most accounting practices, which are an integral part of the financial statements and may not be before making financial statements omitted. There is primarily an invetorying on the basis of accounting is compared with actual conditions. Furthermore, the final operation in inventories, accruals, provisions and other operations important for the true and fair state of the enterprises. The literature search is concluded by a chapter on the financial statement. In the analytical part there are the results, which are applied to specific business. Gradually, there are operations, which are linked to the closing of the financial statement for the year 2015. Then, the financial statement is prepared. All steps are compared with the laws of the Czech Republic. Finally, the measures are proposed to make the financial statements of the selected business entity brought into line with the law. Specifically, it is proposed to amend the valuation of assets.
