Práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů v nadaci Dobrý Anděl. První část práce je zacílena na rozdělení zaměstnaneckých benefitů z různých hledisek a daňové uznatelnosti a neuznatelnosti na straně zaměstnavatele a odvodových povinností na straně zaměstnance. Druhá část práce se zabývá konkrétním návrhem nového systému benefitů. Návrh systému benefitů je vytvořen na základě finančních možností zaměstnavatele a projeveného zájmu zaměstnanců o jednotlivé benefity. Zájem zaměstnanců je zjištěn z výsledků písemného dotazování. Z těchto zjištění je vytvořen reálný návrh systému benefitů pro nadaci Dobrý Anděl, který bere v úvahu i možná budoucí rozšíření celé organizace. Nově vytvořený systém benefitů je pro nadaci finančně únosný a počítá i s určitou finanční rezervou, která v rámci neziskové společnosti je potřebná, jelikož veškeré finanční prostředky na provozní výdaje získává z darů. The diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of the system of employees´ benefits in the foundation Dobrý Anděl. The first part of the thesis is aimed at a segmentation of employees´ benefits from different aspects, especially tax deductibility and non-deductibility of expenses for the employer and the payment liabilities to the employee. The second part of the thesis deals with the concrete proposal of the new system of benefits. This proposal is created based on the financial possibilities of employer and also on the expressed preferences in individual benefits of employees. Preferences of employees are determined on the basis of written survey. From these results is created a realistic proposal of the system of benefits for foundation Dobrý Anděl, which also consider the possibility of future expansion of the whole organization. The newly created system of benefits is financially viable for the foundation and also counts with the financial reserve, which is necessary for the non-profit organization, because all the funds for operating expenses are obtained from donations.
