Diplomová práce přibližuje problematiku obchodu s lidmi na území České republiky od vstupu České republiky do Schengenu, kdy byla zrušena kontrola osob na hranicích a výrazně vrostla tato ilegální aktivita. V praktické části jsou použity zejména souhrnné zprávy o obchodování s lidmi v České republice, které jsou zveřejňovány Ministerstvem vnitra ČR. V poslední části se zabývá finančním šetřením zejména ze strany státu a také vlivem této obchodní aktivity na ekonomiku státu. The Diploma thesis deals with the problematics of trafficking in human beings in the Czech republic since the association with the EU Member States and Schengen Associated Countries. The inner boundaries police control has been cancelled and that caused a dramatic rise in this illegal trade. The practical part of the thesis contents gathered news about trafficking in human beings in the Czech republic published by the Ministry of Interrior. The last part of the thesis deals with the financial investigation particularly led by the Government of the Czech republic and the influence of this business activity on the economics of the state.
