Tato Bakalářská práce se zabývá volnočasovými aktivitami dětí a mládeže. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje informace týkající se vymezení, funkcí a subjektů volného času. Dále jsou zde popsány veškeré instituce zabývající se organizací volného času pro děti a mládež, jako například školní družiny, domy dětí a mládeže, základní umělecké školy aj. V neposlední řadě jsou zde také ekonomické aspekty a možnosti získání dotací. Na základě těchto informací je zpracována část praktická. V praktické části práce je představena společnost Kroužky pro Radost o. p. s., na níž je vyslovena hypotéza, že tato společnost plní své poslání, ke kterému byla založena. Správnost hypotézy je následně ověřována pomocí Analýzy instituce dle B. Malinowského a SWOT analýzy. Díky těmto analýzám se potvrdila správnost hypotézy, avšak jsou zde navržena doporučení, která mohou pomoci ke zlepšení chodu instituce. This bachelor thesis discusses about leisure activities of children and teenagers. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines functions and subjects of leisure time. Further it lists all institutions dealing with organization of leisure activities for children and teenagers, for example after school clubs, youth centers, and elementary art schools. Based upon this information the practical part is compiled. The practical part introduces company named Kroužky pro Radost o. p. s. and defines a hypothesis that this company is consistent with the mission it had been established with. The correctness of this hypothesis is then examined using institutional analysis of B. Malinowski and SWOT analysis. These analytical tools proved the hypothesis to be correct. The thesis also provides recommendations which could enhance the course of the institution.
