Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje cen bydlení v České republice. První část práce je věnována charakteristice nemovitostí určených k bydlení a jednotlivým formám bydlení včetně jejich výhod a nevýhod. Zároveň obsahuje definování vlastnického a spoluvlastnického práva a vymezuje činnosti katastrálního úřadu. Část druhá se věnuje trhu nemovitostí, dále pak nabídce a poptávce a popisuje faktory ovlivňující tento trh. Součástí závěrečné části bakalářské práce je analýza bytové výstavby, úrovně bytového fondu a vývoje cen nemovitostí určených k bydlení v České republice. Na závěr této kapitoly jsou uvedeny současné trendy v bydlení a okrajově je zmíněn i předpokládaný vývoj cen bydlení v následujících letech. Bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the analysis of the development of housing prices in the Czech republic. First part of the thesis is devoted to characteristics of the real estate that are intended for living and individual forms of housing, including their andvantages and disadvantages. It also includes defining ownership and co-ownership right and delimit the activities of the Land Register Office. Second part is devoted to the real estate market, then the supply and demand and describe the factors influencing this market. Part of the final part of the thesis is an analysis of housing construction, the level of housing capacity and the development of housing prices in the Czech republic. At the conclusion of this chapter are given current trends in housing and marginally is mentioned the expected evolution of housing prices in the coming years.
