Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu pro pětičlennou rodinu na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Objekt je částečně podsklepený, se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Všechna podlaží jsou v jedné rovině a neustupují, zastřešení je řešeno jako sedlová střecha. Konstrukční systém podsklepené části tvoří ztracené bednění a nadzemní část tvoří keramické zdivo s integrovanou izolací. Návrh rodinného domu respektuje územní plán obce Kratochvilka. Dále kladen důraz na dispoziční řešení včetně zajištění konstrukce po stránce statické, architektonické, úspory energie a bezpečnosti při užívání objektu. The subject of my thesis is the design of a family house for a five-piece family level documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement with two floors. All floors are flush and don't subside, the roof is designed as a gabled roof. Structural system consists of basement formwork and the above-ground part consists of ceramic walls with integrated insulation. Proposal for a house respects the local plan of Kratochvilka. Furthermore emphasis is placed on dispozition solution including the provision of desing to the static, architektural, energy savings and safety in the use of building.
