Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh novostavby rodinného domu, který se nachází v katastrálním území Česká. Rodinný dům má dvě podlaţí, je navrţen pro bydlení 4 osob. Dům je samostatně stojící. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou vyzděny z keramických tvárnic POROTHERM. Stropní konstrukce je řešena skládaným stropem s nosníky POT a vloţkami MIAKO. Objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou se sklonem 38° a přiléhající garáţ je zastřešena střechou se sklonem 10°. This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the design of a newly constructed residential house, located in the cadastral area Česká. The house is a detached two-story residential house designed to house four people. The vertical load-bearing walls are constructed using POROTHERM ceramic blocks. The roof construction is composed of stacked ceiling with POT beams and MIAKO insert. The building is covered with a 38° pitch gabled roof and adjoining garage is covered with a roof at a 10° pitch.
