Tématem této bakalářské práce je Koncepce bytové politiky. Práce je rozdělena na pět hlavních částí. První část se zabývá vládní koncepcí bytové politiky. Ve druhé jsou nástroje, formy a instituce realizující podpory bydlení. Ve třetí části jsou tendence v rozvoji bytové politiky. Čtvrtá část je bytová politika obce Horní Čermná. V páté části je porovnání bytové politiky obce Horní Čermná a České republiky. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is Conception of the housig policy. Thesis is devided into five main parts. First part explains goverment conception of housing policy. In the second part are the tools, forms and institutions of the housing policy. In the third part are tendentions in development of the housing policy. Fourth part is housing policy in Horní Čermná. In the fifth part is comparison of housing polici in Horní Čermná and in Czech republic in general.
