Cíl této bakalářské práce spočívá zejména v ověření možnosti urychlení doby odležení cihlářských keramických směsí pomocí přidání horké vody. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána historie keramiky, cihlářské keramické výrobky, výroba keramických cihlářských střepů, potřebná doba odležení a její vliv na konečné vlastnosti keramických produktů. V části praktické bude použit jeden druh cihlářské zeminy a následně z ní bude umícháno plastické těsto, které bude od běžných výrobních směsí odlišeno vyšší teplotou rozdělávací vody. Dále jsou popsány postupy zkoušek prováděných na jednotlivých zkušebních vzorcích. Výstupem této práce by mělo být vyhodnocení, jaká teplota vody je nejefektivnější pro zkrácení doby odležení cihlářských keramických směsí a jaký vliv má toto urychlení odležení na vlastnosti plastického těsta a finální vlastnosti vypáleného střepu. Aim of this thesis lies mainly in the verification of how to speed up the time of maturing of brick ceramic mixtures by adding hot water. The theoretical part describes the history of ceramics, brick, ceramic products, manufacture of ceramic brick shards and the time required maturing and its influence on the final properties of ceramic products. In the practical part will be used one type of brick earth and then it will mix a plastic dough, which will be from the current production of mixtures distinguished higher temperature mixing water. Next step is to describe the procedures for tests on individual samples. The outcome of this work should be to evaluate which water temperature is best for shortening the time of maturing brick ceramic mixtures, and what effect this acceleration have on resting of the plastic dough and what is the final characteristics of this sample.
