Bakalárska práca pojednáva o návrhu časti informačného systému pre podporu riadenia vzťahov so zákazníkmi. Zaoberá sa aj optimalizáciou a automatizáciou procesov spojených so CRM a riadením úloh. Analytická časť obsahuje analýzu aktuálneho CRM a analýzu obchodných procesov spoločnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an information system part for the CRM support. It also deals with optimization and automation of processes concerning the CRM and the task management. An analytical part contains a current CRM analysis and an analysis of the sales force automation.
