Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studii možnosti zlepšení jedné vybrané technologické operace ve vybraném podniku M&V, spol. s r.o. a její výrobní divizi STIMZET s.ro. S využitím analýzy stávající technologie a navrhované nové technologie bude tento výstup použit pro porovnání efektivnost obou těchto technologii. Analýza bude k porovnání používat přímé náklady, které vstupují do dané technologické operace a dobu trvají této operace. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je doporučení, zda je pro podnik využití nové technologie výhodnější než ponechání té stávající. The thesis is focused on improving a chosen technological operation in the M&V, spol. s r.o. company and its production division – STIMZET s.r.o. An analytical comparison of both the current and the proposed technology is made, using direct costs of the actual tech operation and the length of the operation. The result of the thesis is a suggestion of choosing the more useful technology – either the new or the current.
