Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat současnou legislativu v oblasti nelegálního zaměstnávání, především nelegálního zaměstnávání živnostníků v tzv. švarcsystému. Dále pak vytvořit modelové situace, na kterých bude zřejmé, jakých je možno dosáhnout úspor, v podobě nižší daňové zátěže, u zaměstnanců a podniků aplikujících švarcsystém a na závěr navrhnout řešení, při kterém by bylo možné živnostníky zaměstnávat a zároveň by na straně státu nedocházelo k velkým ztrátám ve výběru daní. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current legislation in the field of illegal employment, above all illegal employment of freelancers in so called Švarc systém and futher on to create model situations on which savings reached by the lower tax burden on employees and companies applying Švarc system will be apparent and finally to suggest a solution which would allow employing freelancers and at the same time there would not be any loss in tax revenue.
