Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studií optimalizace výrobního procesu ve firmě Cement Hranice, akciová společnost. Uvedená akciová společnost se věnuje výrobě cementových produktů. První kapitola pojednává o podnikatelské činnosti výše uvedené firmě. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy související s procesním řízením a samotným procesem výroby. V druhé části této práce je analyzován současný výrobní proces společnosti, kde jsou zjišťována možná místa pro optimalizaci výroby. Ve vlastním návrhu jsou následně implementována konkrétní řešení do výrobního procesu, čímž jsou odstraněny nedostatky ve výrobě. This bachelor thesis deals with the study of optimization of production process in the selected company called Cement Hranice, which is engaged in manufacturing of cement products. The first chapter provides information about the company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on introduction of concepts related to the process of control and manufacturing process itself. In the second part of the thesis the analysis of the production process of the selected company is performed, leading to identification of the potential areas for improvement. The outcome of the thesis is the proposal to implement described solutions to the manufacturing process with the aim to remove deficiency in the production.
