Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlastností, možnostmi ovlivňování vlastností, výrobou a použitím vysokolegovaných chromových litin. Pro lepší pochopení tohoto úzce speciálního tématu je jistá pozornost věnována i bílým nelegovaným litinám. V práci je popsána cesta k získání bílé litiny a strukturní složky v bílých litinách se vyskytující. Podrobněji je pojednáno o faktorech ovlivňujících strukturu bílých litin – chemickém složení a tepelném zpracování. Struktura litiny totiž určuje její vlastnosti, a pro dosažení požadovaných vlastností jsou poznatky o možnostech ovlivňování struktury klíčové. Pozornost je věnována jak struktuře matrice, tak typu a morfologii karbidů. This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of properties, possibilities of influencing properties, production and use of high-chromium cast iron. For better understanding of this specific topic, some attention is paid to white cast iron generally. The work describes the way of gaining white cast iron and structural components occurring in white cast irons. Factors influencing the structure of white cast irons are discussed in more details – the chemical composition and heat treatment. The structure of cast iron determines its properties. The knowledge about the possibilities of influencing the structure is important to achieve the desired properties. Attention is also paid to the matrix structure and the types and morphology of carbides.
