Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou návrhu podpory řízení výroby v informačním systému konkrétní společnosti. Na základě teoretických poznatků a analýzy současného stavu společnosti a jejího okolí je předložen návrh podpory řízení výroby v informačním systému. Jsou zahrnuty úrovně strategie, taktiky i operativy a oblasti plánování, organizování, řízení a kontroly. Návrhy by měly vést k vyšší efektivitě i účinnosti v oblasti procesů týkajících se výroby a tím k dosažení vyššího zisku. This thesis deals with the proposal to support production management information system in the particular company. Based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of the current state of the company and its surroundings, the proposal supports production management information system. The thesis includes the level of strategy, tactics and operations and areas of the planning, organizing, management and control. Proposals should lead to greater effectiveness and efficiency in the processes related to production and thereby to achieve higher profits.
