Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku logistické koncepce ve velkoobchodní organizaci XYZ s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na logistiku a představení společnosti. V praktické části jsou tyto poznatky využity pro analýzu současného stavu společnosti s cílem optimalizace logistického systému materiálových a informačních toků. Závěrečná část je věnována návrhům a jejich realizaci. The thesis is focused on logistics concepts in the wholesale organization XYZ Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on the ligistics and performance of the company. In the practical part of this knowledge is used to analyze the current state of society in order to optimize the logistics of materiál and information flows. The final section is devoted to proposals and their implementation.
