Práce se zabývá péčí o umírající v posledním stádiu nemoci. Teoretická část představuje paliativní péči a ženy pracující v ní. Dále popisuje historii a současnost ošetřovatelství. Přináší otázku, proč jsou v tomto oboru převážně ženy. The work deals the catle of the dying in the last stages,of the disease. The teoretical part presents palliative care and women working in. It describes the history and present of nursing. It deals with the guestion why mostly women work in this feald and what leads them.
