Článek je publikovaný v češtině a němčině. Autor se zaměřuje na obecnější otázky týkající se věřitele coby možné vlivné osoby, na právní úpravu pravidla pro chování vlivné osoby v občanském zákoníku a v zákonu o obchodních korporacích, a na postavení věřitele v obchodní korporaci. The article, published in the Czech and German languages, is focused on general issues relating to the creditor as the potentially influential person, to the legislative aspects of the provision pertaining to the conduct of an influential person in the Civil Code and in the Company Act, and to the status of the creditor in a company.
