Tématem této bakalářské práce bylo spojení problematiky kardiopulmonální resuscitace a speciální přístrojové techniky, která je s neodkladnou resuscitací v přednemocniční neodkladné péči spojená. Za cíl jsem si stanovil zjištění praktické aplikace a zmapovaní odborných znalostí týkající se použití speciální přístrojové techniky při provádění kardiopulmonální resuscitace u zdravotnických záchranářů a všeobecných sester.Teoretická část této práce byla rozdělena na dvě části. První se věnuje přístrojové technice, která se využívá v souvislosti s neodkladnou resuscitací a legislativním normám, které provozovatelům záchranných služeb v České republice určují, jaké minimální vybavení musí obsahovat jejich vozy v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Druhá část teoretické práce je věnována problematice kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Zde je představena základní i rozšířená verze neodkladné resuscitace v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a základní změny mezi doporučenými postupy pro neodkladnou resuscitaci z roku 2010 a 2015.Praktická část obsahuje přepsané rozhovory s odborníky z praxe, které byly získány kvalitativní metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Jako vybraný soubor v této práci byli zvoleni zdravotničtí záchranáři, všeobecné sestry a lékař Zdravotnické záchranné služby Jihočeského kraje. Celkem bylo osloveno 6 respondentů. Rozhovory obsahovaly celkem 15 otázek na téma praktické aplikace, interpretace hodnot a také vlastních zkušeností se speciální přístrojovou technikou spojenou s neodkladnou resuscitací. Z výzkumu této práce vyplynulo, že zdravotničtí pracovníci nemají problém s interpretací údajů, které jim tato technika dává k dispozici. V některých případech nastává problém s využitím techniky nebo rozdílných názorech na samotnou aplikaci mezi pracovníky z jednotlivých výjezdových stanovišť. Dále bylo zjištěno, že nikdo není spokojený s proškolováním a množstvím informací, které jim poskytuje zaměstnavatel, neboť všichni respondenti vyhledávají informace o technice nad rámec svých pracovních povinností.Jako přínos této práce vidím stručný přehled techniky, se kterou pracují nelékařští zdravotní pracovníci během neodkladné resuscitace. V práci je shrnuto vše od popisu základních hodnot až po samotnou aplikaci přístrojů. The bachelor thesis analyzes cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of special equipment related with cardiopulmonary resuscitation in pre hospital emergency care. The main study introduces practical application of special equipment and expertise experience of paramedics and nurses with use of this equipment.Theoretical section consists of two parts definition of using special instruments and description of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The first one describes specified equipment related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation in pre hospital emergency care and legislative standards specified for operation of emergency services in Czech Republic. The second deals with the issues of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Basic and advanced methods of urgent cardiopulmonary resuscitation in pre hospital care and updates of Guidelines from the years 2010 and 2015 related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation are also introduced here.The practical part contains transcribed interviews with professionals, which were obtained by qualitative semi-structured interviews. Paramedics, nurses and a physician at Emergency. Medical Services in South Bohemia were selected as interviewees. Altogether, six people were contacted. Interviews contained 15 questions related to the issues of practical application, interpretation of values and personal experience with special technology used in urgent emergency resuscitation.The study of this thesis shows that health care workers do not have a problem with the interpretation of data available thanks to this technology. In some cases, there is a problem with the proper use of technology or differences of opinions on the application itself among workers from different ambulance stations. It was also found that no one is happy with trainings and the amount of information provided by an employer, because all respondents look up information concerning the technology beyond their job duties. As a contribution of this work I see a brief equipment overview non medical staff use during cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The thesis summarizes everything from the description of basic values to actual applications of the equipment.
