Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou a kinetikou tvorby meziproduktů fotochemického rozkladu přírodních organických látek v povrchových vodách v důsledku slunečního záření v systému neovlivněném bakteriemi, a to s využitím HPLC separace. Popisuje také vliv různých faktorů, jako jsou pH a stáří DOM (rozpuštěné organické látky), na průběh těchto reakcí. This thesis deals with photochemical decomposition of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in surface waters. Intermediate products were identified using HPLC separation technique and the kinetics of formation and decomposition was modeled in a system unaffected by the presence of bacteria. The influence of various factors such as pH and age of DOM was tested.
