Tato práce se zabývá texty Milana Kundery, především jeho esejistikou. Cílem práce je najít klíčová témata v jeho teoretických úvahách a zhodnotit, zda směřují k souvislé teorii umění. Hlavními tématy jsou obecné úvahy o umění, román, lyrika, hudba, kritiky a "existenciály", které práce komplexně rozebírá a hodnotí koherenci jednotlivých témat. This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of texts written by Milan Kundera, especially with his essays. The aim of this thesis is to find the key topics of his theoretical reflection essays and to evaluate whether it heads towards a coherent art theory. The main topics include general reflections on art, novel, lyric poetry, music, critics and "existentials", which are analysed in a complex way. This thesis also considers the level of coherency of topics and themes generally used in the work of Milan Kundera.
