Cílem diplomové práce je představní několika kazuistik, v rámci kterých se terénní sociální pracovníci potýkají s etickými dilematy, které jim práce s lidmi s duševním onemocněním přináší. Úkolem této práce je tedy v rámci několika kazuistik popsat a shrnout vzniklá dilemata, na které jsou aplikovány dvě etické teorie. Jedná se o deontologii a utilitarismus. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol, ve kterých mimo jiné popisuji duševní onemocnění, sociální práci potažmo terénní sociální práci s lidmi s duševním onemocněním a její specifika. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány etice a etickým aspektům sociální práce potažmo terénní sociální práce a dilematům vznikajícím terénním sociálním pracovníkům ve vybraném zařízení. K jednotlivým dilematům jsou uvedeny podrobné kazuistiky, které jsou jakýmsi průvodcem ke vzniklým dilematům. V závěru práce dochází k samotnému rozboru dilemat pomocí etických teorií. The thesis aims to introduce several case studies, where the field social workers face ethical dilemmas, which this kind of work with mentally ill people brings. The task of this work is within a several cases describe and summarize the resulting dilemmas, to which there are applied two ethical theories. These theories are deontology and utilitarism. The work is divided into five chapters in which I describe among other things a mental illness, a social work, a field social work with mentally ill people and its specifics. Other chapters are devoted to ethics and ethical aspects of a social work, a field social work and dilemmas, which social workers have to face in the selected institution. The individual dilemmas are presented in detailed case histories, which are a kind of the guide to the resulting dilemmas. In the conclusion, there is a final analysis of dilemmas using ethical theories.
