Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem seniorů trpících Alzheimerovou chorobou či jiným typem demence a důvody, které vedou k jejich umístění do domova se zvláštním režimem. Teoretická část mé bakalářské práce je zaměřena na aspekty stáří, a to jak z pohledu fyzických, psychických tak i sociálních aspektů. Dále popisuje onemocnění demencí či Alzheimerovou chorobou včetně problémového chování, které se u těchto diagnóz vyskytuje. V neposlední řadě je nutné věnovat se rodině seniora a to jak ve vztahu k samotnému seniorovi tak i ve vztahu k poskytovateli sociálních služeb. Poslední dvě kapitoly teoretické části charakterizují terénní, ambulantní a pobytové sociální služby určené seniorům s důrazem na domov se zvláštním režimem. Praktická část mé bakalářské práce je realizována prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně pomocí rozhovorů s rodinnými příslušníky uživatelů pobytové sociální služby v domově se zvláštním režimem. Cílem praktické části je zmapovat různost impulsů, které vedou k umístění seniora do domova se zvláštním režimem a okolnosti s tím související. The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of senior with Alzheimer´s disease or the other type of dementia and deals with reasons that leed to placement of seniors into the home with the special regime. The theoretical part of my bachelor thesis is focused on aspects of the old age. It means physical, mental and social aspects of this age. This bachelor thesis describes diseases as dementia or Alzheimer´s disease including problem behavior that occurs with these diagnoses. It´s necessary to describe senior´s family and the relationship between the senior and the providers of social services. The last two chapters of the theoretical part characterize field, outpatient and residential social services for seniors with emphasis on home with the special regime. The practical part of my bachelor thesis is realized by qualitative research, specifically through interviews with family members of social service users at home with the special regime. The aim of the practical part is to map the diversity of impulses that lead to placement of seniors into the home with the special regime and the circumstances surrounding it.
