Močová inkontinence neboli nechtěný únik moči je pro ženu velice stresující stav. Příčina může být různá. Incidence močové inkontinence je vysoká, uvádí se, že každá druhá žena ve vyšším věku udává problémy s udržením moči. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je zpracován ucelený přehled o močové inkontinenci, jejího rozdělení, diagnostiky. Dále se teorie zaměřuje na způsoby léčby močové inkontinence a psychosociální dopady na život ženy. Výzkumná část práce je provedena kvalitativní metodou šetření formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů ze 6 respondentkami trpících močovou inkontinencí. Cílem šetření bylo zjistit, jak jsou ženy s močovou inkontinencí informované o tomto onemocnění a kdo jim potřebné informace podává a dále pak zjistit, jaký je dopad problému s únikem moči na psychosociální stránku života žen. Urinary incontinence or involuntary loss of urine is for woman very stressful situation. The cause may be different. The incidence of urinary incontinence is high, it is noted that every second female at older age indicates urinary incontinence. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is a comprehensive overview of urinary incontinence, its classification, diagnosis. Furthermore, the theory focuses on treatments for urinary incontinence and psychosocial impacts on the lives of women. The research is a qualitative method of investigation through interviews of the 6 responders suffering from urinary incontinence. The aim of the survey was to determine how women with urinary incontinence informed about the disease and who gives them the necessary information and then determine what is the impact of the problem with leaking urine on the psychosocial aspects of life of women.
