[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou užívání anxiolytik. Skládá se ze dvou částí- teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je věnována aktuálnímu stavu užívání antidepresiv, jsou zde popsána samotná anxiolytika, jejich mechanizmus působení, druhy, nežádoucí účinky, kontraindikace a interakce s alkoholem. Dále jsou zde kapitoly o stresu, depresi, úzkosti, jejich vlivu na učení a paměť a zvládání stresu. V praktické části se pomocí kvantitativní výzkumné metody formou dotazníkového šetření srovnává užívání těchto medikamentů u studentů Zdravotně sociální fakulty se studenty Zemědělské fakulty. Tato práce se zaměřuje na důvody, které studenty vedou k užívání anxiolytik, řeší otázku, kde se studenti poprvé setkávají s takovými léky, jak se k nim dostanou, jak často a v jaké formě je užívají a snaží-li se vyřešit nejdříve problém jinou cestou například návštěvou psychologa či psychiatra. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit na základě analýzy a vyhodnocení dotazníků rozsah, formy a frekvenci užívání anxiolytik u studentů ZSF a ZF. Dále zmapovat okolnosti užívání. Celkem bylo rozdáno 200 dotazníků. Polovinu z nich vyplnili studenti ze ZSF a druhou polovinu studenti ze ZF. Byly stanoveny dvě hypotézy, které byly statisticky otestovány chí-kvadrát testem. V naší společnosti dochází v poslední době k patrnému nárůstu užívání antidepresiv. Příčinou toho mohou být stoupající nároky na společnost, rychlý životní styl, změna priorit a také pohodlnost dnešní populace. Lidé se v mnoha různých situacích potýkají se stresem a to se dříve nebo později podepisuje na jejich duševním stavu. V této práci jsme se zaměřila na studenty a jejich zkušenosti s anxiolytiky během studia. Bylo zjištěno, že studenti Zdravotně sociální fakulty užívají anxiolytika ve větším počtu než studenti Zemědělské fakulty a ženy užívají anxiolytika častěji než muži. Bachelor thesis dealing with issues the use of anxiolytics. It consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the current state of antidepressant medication, here are describe anxiolytics, their mechanism of action, types, side effects, contraindications and interactions with alcohol. There are also chapters on stress, depression, anxiety, their impact on learning and memory, and stress management. Using quantitative research methods through the questionnaires compares the use of these drugs among students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies and Faculty of Agricultural Sciences. This work focuses on the reasons that lead students to the use of anxiolytics, deals with question of where the students first encounter with such drugs as they get, how often and in what form is used and seek to solve the first problem in a different way, for example, a visit to a psychologist or psychiatrist. The aim of this thesis is to determine based on the analysis and evaluation of questionnaires scope, form and frequency of use of anxiolytics among students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies and Faculty of Agricultural Sciences. Next to map conditions of use. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed. Half of them complete by the students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies and second half complete students of Faculty of Agricultural Sciences. Were determined two hypotheses and that were statistically tested by chi-square test. Recently there is an increase in use of antidepressants in our society. The reason for this may be the increasing demands on society, fast lifestyle, changing priorities and convenience of today's population. People in many different situations faced with stress and that sooner or later he signed on their mental state. In this work, we focused on the students and their experience with anxiolytics during the study. It was found that students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies taking anxiolytics in larger numbers than students from the Faculty of Agriculture and women use anxiolytics more often than men.
