[cze][eng] Teoretická východiska Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na odkrývání jevů v edukaci problematiky v oblasti základní a rozšířené resuscitaci dle platných Guidelines u sester. Pro výzkumné šetření k této bakalářské práci bylo vybráno nemocniční interní oddělení. V teoretické části byla stručně popsána náhlá zástava oběhu, byla vysvětlena a rozdělena neodkladná resuscitace na základní i rozšířenou. Popisuje se zde, co jsou to Guidelines, jaké jsou trendy v kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, dále pak jsou vysvětleny srdeční rytmy, které se mohou defibrilovat. Je shrnuta a popsána defibrilace. Teoretická část také obsahuje pojem AED (automatický externí defibrilátor). Dále zde bylo informováno o výskytu náhlých zástav oběhu v nemocničním prostředí. Vymezení priorit při práci u všeobecných sester při náhlé zástavě oběhu a kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. Popsána byla věda Andragogika, jakož to vědní a studijní obor v edukaci dospělých. Bylo charakterizováno vzdělávání a kompetence všeobecných sester. Byly vysvětleny pojmy jako edukace. V závěru teoretické části byl představen Hal, jako Hi- tech moderní robotický pacient a popsána edukační výuková metoda tzv. e-learning. Cíle a výzkumné otázky Intelektuálním cílem bylo zjistit, zda mají sestry interních oddělení zájem o vzdělávací kurz v oblasti základní a rozšířené resuscitace a problematiku s tím spojenou. Dalším cílem bylo zmapovat informovanost sester v problematice neodkladné KPR. Úkolem bylo edukovat sestry interních oddělení v oblasti základní a rozšířené resuscitace, dle platných Guidelines a doporučení Evropské rady pro resuscitaci, 2010 a edukovat je také v používání automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru. Hlavní výzkumná otázka je zpracována následovně: Jakým způsobem probíhá edukace sester interních oddělení v oblasti základní a rozšířené resuscitaci při náhlé zástavě oběhu. Vedlejší výzkumné otázky jsou nastaveny následovně. VO1: Jaké mají znalosti sestry v oblasti náhlé zástavy oběhu a kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. VO2: Jakým způsobem probíhá edukace sester na téma náhlé zástavy oběhu při neodkladné kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. VO3: Jaký je zájem o vzdělávací kurz ze stran sester v neodkladné kardiopulmonální resuscitaci při náhlé zástavě oběhu. VO4: Jak efektivně edukovat sestry v problematice neodkladné kardiopulmonální resuscitace při náhlé zástavě oběhu. VO5: Jaké jsou znalosti všeobecných sester svých kompetencí a kompetencí v defibrilaci srdce. Praktickým cílem bylo vytvoření a ověření edukačního kurzu vedoucího ke změně vědomostí a dovedností sester na interním oddělení v oblasti základní a rozšířené neodkladné KPR při NZO, včetně manipulace s AED. Metodika Ve výzkumné části je použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Ten je rozdělený do tří fází. Výzkumný soubor je v první fázi tvořen skupinou nejméně 7 sester interních oddělení. V první fázi je použit strukturovaný rozhovor na dané téma, který je sestaven z 15 otázek na zjištění znalostí v problematice kardiopulmonální resuscitace, náhlé zástavy oběhu a kompetencích v užití AED. Ve druhé fázi byl na základně získaných dat z předchozích rozhovorů sestaven krátký vzdělávací kurz. Výsledky Cílem bakalářské práce je vyzkoumat spokojenost sester interních oddělení ve vzdělávání na téma náhlá zástava oběhu a kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Zda mají zájem o vzdělávací kurz v této problematice. Mají-li přehled o svých kompetencích. Závěrem Práce poskytuje pohled na edukaci všeobecných sester interních oddělení mapované nemocnice na téma náhlá zástava oběhu a neodkladná resuscitace, kompetence všeobecných sester v defibrilaci, přítomnost AED na odděleních zkoumané nemocnice. Theoretical background The thesis is about education in area of basic and advanced resuscitation according to valid Guidelines for nurses. The department of internal medicine was chosen for research investigation. The theoretical part briefly describes sudden circulatory arrest. In context the resuscitation is explained and categorized into basic and advanced. There is also described what are Guidelines, what are the trends in CPR. Furthermore the shockable heart rhythms are described. The defibrillation is summarized and characterized. The theoretical part also contains the term AED (automatic external defibrillator). There is also information about rate of sudden circulatory arrests in hospitals. Priorities are defined for work of nurses in case of sudden circulatory arrest and priorities for CPR. The theory of andragogy is presented as a science discipline for education of adults. In the end of the theoretical part Hal is presented as a hi-tech modern robotic patient. The educational method of e-learning is described as well. Goals and research questions In the empirical part of the thesis two goals were established. One goal was to find out if the nurses that work in the department of internal medicine are interested in a course in basic and advanced resuscitation and problems involved. The second goal was to map awareness of nurses of CPR. The task was to educate nurses from department of internal medicine in basic and advanced resuscitation according to valid Guidelines and recommendations of European resuscitation council 2010, and also to teach them how to use the automatic external defibrillator. The primary research question is the following: How are the nurses from department of internal medicine educated in basic and advanced resuscitation in case of sudden circulatory arrest? The secondary research questions are the following: 1) What kind of knowledge of sudden circulatory arrest and CPR do the nurses have? 2) How are the nurses educated in CPR in case of sudden circulatory arrest? 3) How big is the interest of nurses in a course in CPR in case of sudden circulatory arrest? 4) How to efficiently educate nurses in CPR in case of sudden circulatory arrest? 5) How competent do the nurses believe they are in defibrillation of the heart? Methodology The method used for research is qualitative research which is divided into three phases. The research sample in the first phase was made of at least seven nurses from department of internal medicine. Structured interview is used in this phase which consists of fifteen questions to probe the knowledge of CPR, sudden circulatory arrest and use of AED. In the second phase a short educational course was put together with help of a doctor from anaesthesiology and resuscitation department. Findings The of the is to research satisfaction of nurses from department of internal medicine with education in sudden circulatory arrest and CPR. Conclusions The thesis gives us a look at education of nurses from department of internal medicine in sudden circulatory arrest and urgent resuscitation, competences of nurses for defibrillation, presence of automatic external defibrillators in departments of the hospital. From the finding we can conclude that the nurses from department of internal medicine are actively interested in learning more about cardiopulmonary resuscitation in case of sudden circulatory arrest. They are interested in manipulation with defibrillator and automatic external defibrillator. We can also see the benefit in the course which could improve the odds of survival for people affected by sudden circulatory arrest in hospitals.
