Práce se zabývá poraněními ruky a jejich diagnostikou zobrazovacími metodami z pohledu činnosti radiologického asistenta. Věnuje se oblasti karpálních a metakarpálních kostí a falang. Cílem práce je ukázat postupy a rozsah činností radiologického asistenta při diagnostických výkonech poranění ruky a popsat možnosti jednotlivých diagnostických modalit pro detailní zhodnocení a charakteristiku stavu spojených s poraněním ruky. Nedílnou součástí je pracovní hypotéza nutných rozdílů v přístupu radiologického asistenta k nemocným různých věkových skupin. This thesis focuses on hand injuries and their diagnoses by imaging techniques from the point of view of a radiology assistant. It studies the area of carpal and metacarpal bones and phalanges. The aim of this thesis is to show procedures and a variety of activities of a radiology assistant during making a diagnosis of a hand injury and to describe possibilities of particular diagnostic modalities for detailed evaluation and characteristics of a hand injury. The integral part is a working hypothesis of different attitudes to clients of different age groups.
