PRAŽÁKOVÁ, M. Mluvní výchova pedagoga volného času - hlasivky, pracovní nástroj. České Budějovice 2015. Bakalářská práce. Jihočeská univerzita v Českých Budějovicích. Teologická fakulta. Katedra pedagogiky. Vedoucí práce J. Pokorný. Práce se zabývá anatomií mluvních orgánů, vznikem a vývojem hlasu a jeho vlastnostmi. Pojednává o poruchách hlasu, z hledisek funkčních a organických. Je zde rozdělena hlasová výchova na jednotlivé složky - dechovou, hlasovou a artikulační. V rámci prevence hlasových poruch klade důraz na hlasovou hygienu, nejen při výuce správné hlasové techniky, ale i při rekonvalescenci po onemocnění hlasových orgánů. Důležitou součástí této bakalářské práce jsou hry a cvičení pro pedagogiku volného času, kde jsou názorné a podrobné ukázky nejen relaxačních her, jako je např. hadrový panák nebo červík, ale i dechová cvičení pro uvolnění těla a dosažení správného dýchání (např. kreslení pomocí foukání brčkem či různá protahovací cvičení). Může být tedy zdrojem inspirace nejen pro potencionální zájemce o hlasovou výchovu, ale i pro pedagogy volného času. Speech education of a free time educationist the vocal cords, a work tool. The work concerns with the anatomy of speaking organs, genesis and evolution of the voice and its properties. It deals with defects of voice, in terms of functional and organic. The voice education is divided into the individual components respiratory, vocal (phonetic) and articulatory. In the context of prevention of voice defects it emphasizes the voice hygiene, not only in teaching of the correct voice techniques, but t also in recovery after the voice organs diseases. An important part of this thesis are games and exercises for pedagogy of leisure time, where we can find illustrative and detailed examplex of not only relaxing games such as a rag doll or a worm, but also the breathing exercises for relaxation of the body and the achievement of correct breathing (e.g. drawing with the blowing through a straw or various stretching exercises). Therefore it may be a source of inspiration not only for a person potentially interested in a voice training, but also for educationists of free time.
