Sestra se ve své ošetřovatelské praxi stále častěji setkává se seniory, a tím jsou na ni kladeny i specifické požadavky. Měla by znát biopsychosociální zvláštnosti seniorské populace a snažit se je respektovat. Zvláštní pozornost zaujímá samotná komunikace, která se stává základem dorozumívacího procesu. Komunikace v rámci profese sestry vyžaduje zcela zvláštní dovednosti, které se následně odrážejí v kvalitě vzájemného vztahu mezi sestrou a seniorem nejenom v lůžkových zařízeních, ale také v ambulantní sféře. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat komunikaci sester se seniory v ambulantních zařízeních a odhalit komunikační bariéry ze strany sester při komunikaci se seniory na ambulancích. Byly zvoleny tyto výzkumné otázky: Jak vnímají senioři komunikaci sester s nimi v ambulantních zařízeních? Jaké komunikační bariéry se objevují mezi seniory a sestrami na ambulancích?Pro výzkumné šetření byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda.Technikou sběru dat byl polostandardizovaný rozhovor, obsahující 8 základních otázek. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 8 respondentů seniorů. Cílem výzkumu této práce je, že kvalitní ošetřovatelská péče na ambulanci je nemyslitelná bez pozitivního přístupu sester k seniorům, bez dobré a kvalitní komunikace mezi sestrou a seniorem a bez profesionální a přátelské komunikace mezi lékařem a sestrou. Communication within the nursing profession requires very specific skills, which are then reflected in the quality of the relationship between the nurse and the elderly not only in inpatient settings, but also in outpatient services. The aim was to explore nurses communication with the elderly in outpatient settings and to detect communication barriers by nurses when communicating with seniors on ambulances. Were chosen following research questions: How seniors perceive nurses communicate with them in outpatient settings? What communication barriers occur between the elderly and nurses in the emergency room? For my research was a qualitative metoda.Technikou data collection was semi-structured interview, containing eight basic questions. The research group consisted of 8 respondents - senior citizens. The research objective of this work is that the quality of nursing care in a clinic is inconceivable without a positive approach to older sisters, without good and good communication between the nurse and the elderly without a professional and friendly communication between doctor and nurse.
