Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vývoj a realizaci řídící jednotky hmotnostních průtokoměrů pro laboratorní PVD aparaturu. Práce čtenáře krátce seznamuje s principem fyzikální depozice z plynné fáze a s principem činnosti hmotnostních průtokoměrů. Hlavní součástí práce je návrh a realizace vlastní řídící jednotky pro ovládání hmotnostních průtokoměrů Bronkhorst. Výstupem práce je samotná řídící jednotka, která bude instalována do PVD aparatury. This bachelor thesis is aimed at development and realization of control subunit for plasma reactor. The reader is briefly introduced to the principle of physical vapor deposition and the principle of mass flow meters. The main part of the work is design and realization of the system for controlling Bronkhorst mass flow meters. The output of the work is the control device itself.
