Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou ideální učitelky mateřské školy. Předmětem zájmu této práce je zjistit, jak na učitelku MŠ pohlížejí rodiče, jejichž děti mateřskou školu navštěvují. Teoretická část práce je věnována popisu učitelky mateřské školy, její osobnosti a rolím. Práce se dále zabývá typologií předškolního pedagoga. V neposlední řadě jsou v teoretické části definovány kompetence a dovednosti učitelky. Závěr teoretické části je věnován tématu vzdělávání předškolního pedagoga. Praktická část má za cíl definovat ideální učitelku mateřské školy z pohledu rodičů. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno dotazníkovou metodou ve vybraných mateřských školách v Českých Budějovicích. This bachelor degree thesis analyses what the ideal characteristics of a kindergarten teacher should be. The other focus of this works is to research what kind of relationship parents, whose child attends the kindergarten, develop with the kindergarten teacher. There are two parts to this work. The theoretical part of the thesis considers in detail the personality of the teacher and the variety of the teacher's roles. The next section considers the typology of the teacher. Furthermore, this section defines the competence and required abilities of the teacher. Finally, the need for continuous education of the teacher is discussed. The practical part of the thesis aims to define an 'ideal' kindergarten teacher from the perspective of the child's parents. The parent survey questionnaires at selected kindergartens in Ceske Budejovice were used as a method of research.
