Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním problematiky zaměstnanosti osob v okrese Prachatice a České Budějovice ve věkové skupině nad 50 let z pohledu gender a vzdělání. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice pojmů souvisejících s nezaměstnaností, zabývá se vznikem nezaměstnanosti, jejím druhům a faktorům, které ji ovlivňují. Zaměřuje se na popis rizikových skupin, dále vlivu nezaměstnanosti na psychický a somatický stav člověka. Dále se zabývá státní politikou nezaměstnanosti a jejími nástroji. V praktické části je proveden výzkum metodou dotazování, dále jsem pracovala se statistickými daty, které charakterizují zkoumanou problematiku. Z výsledků výzkumu byly sestaveny návrhy na další uplatnění v praxi a to při realizaci rekvalifikačních kurzů a projektů v rámci aktivní politiky státu. This bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of employment problematics of persons in the age group over fifty years from gender and education perspective in Prachatice and České Budějovice districts. The theoretical part addresses the characterisation of terms related to unemployment, it deals with, unemployment commencement, its types and factors affecting it. It focuses on the description of highrisk groups of persons, as well as effects of unemployment on mental and somatic health of men. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the state politics of unemloyment and its implements. The practical part of the work covers research carried out with the use of an interrogative method, as well as the use of statistical and demographic data, which characterize the examined problematics. Based on the results of the research, further possible application in practice were proposed, namely within the implementation of retraining courses and projects. As a part of executive state politics.
