Cílem této práce bylo prokázat protinádorový účinek ligandu fagocytárních receptorovů - fMLF, in vitro a najít vhodný test pro stanovení cytotoxické aktivity neutrofilů. The aim of this thesis was to demonstrate the antitumor effect of phagocytic receptor's ligand - fMLF, in vitro, and to find a suitable assay for determining cytotoxic anticancer activity of neutrophils.
