Tématem této bakalářské práce je Zefektivnění výkonu informačního centra. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je najít srozumitelné, jednoduché a přenositelné mechanismy pro zlepšení nabídky informačního servisu obcí (velikostní kategorie od 500 do 5000 obyvatel) a v poslední řadě návrh produktu nebo služby, kterým bude zefektivněn výkon turistického informačního centra ve vybrané obci. Topic of this thesis is Improve the effeciency of the information center. The aim of this thesis to find comprehensible, simple and transferable mechanism for improvement of information services in town (category 500 to 5000 inhabitans) and finally to create a proposal of a product or service for improve the efficiency on the information centre in a selected town.
