Stanovila jsem si dva cíle výzkumu bakalářské práce. Prvním cílem bylo zjistit, zda mají vybrané charakteristiky sociální situace vliv na vybrané aspekty zdraví seniorů. Druhým cílem bylo popsat zdravotně sociální situaci seniorů žijících v domovech pro seniory a v domácím prostředí. Pro svoji práci jsem si vybrala konkrétní sociální determinanty, které mohou mít vliv na zdraví seniora, tedy bydlení ve vlastní domácnosti, nebo v domově pro seniory, sociální oporu, tedy rodinu a rodinné vztahy a odchod do důchodu. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno formou kvalitativního výzkumu. K získání dat byla použita technika rozhovoru. Některé otázky použité v rozhovoru, byly převzaty z výzkumného nástroje z projektu COST "sociální determinanty zdraví a jejich vliv na zdraví imigrantů žijících v České republice". Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen seniory žijícími ve městě Třebíč a to jak ve vlastních domácnostech, tak i pobývající ve vybraném domově pro seniory. Kritériem pro výběr informantů byl věk, pohlaví a místo pobytu, tedy zda žijí ve vlastní domácnosti, nebo vybraném domově pro seniory. Celkem bylo v rámci výzkumu uskutečněno 13 rozhovorů, tedy o jeden rozhovor více, než byl původní předpokládaný počet. Výzkumné šetření pomocí rozhovorů probíhalo od poloviny března, do poloviny dubna 2016. Do výzkumu se zapojilo 7 žen a 6 mužů, z toho jedna z žen byla vedoucí sociální pracovnice v domově pro seniory. Po ukončení výzkumu se domnívám, že není zcela podmiňující, zda senior žije ve vlastní domácnosti, nebo v domově pro seniory. Nejvýznamnější vliv na zdraví seniorů má jejich sociální opora, tedy rodina a rodinné vztahy, dále kvalita péče, která je jim poskytovaná, jejich osobní pocit z místa, kde žijí a zda na tom místě mají možnost seberealizace. Ukázalo se, že odchod do důchodu je pro každého individuální, pro někoho příjemný, pro někoho obtížnější. I set two targets. The first target was to determine whether the chosen characteristics of social situations influence on the aspect of the health of seniors. The second target was to describe health and social situation of seniors living in homes for seniors or in a home environment. I chose specific social determinant, for my work. Concretely living in household or retirement home, social support, as family and familie's relationship and retirement. Research survey was carried out via qualitative research. To obtain the data, the technique of interview was used. Some questions used in the interviews were taken from the research tool from the project COST "social deteminants of health and their affect on health of immigrants living in the Czech Republic". The research group was formed by seniors living in households and in chosen homes for seniors in the town Třebíč. The criterion for the selection of informants was age, gender, place of stay, whether they lived in their own households, or selected homes for seniors. Thirteen interviews were completed in total, which means one more than the originally presumed number. The research was conducted from mid-March to mid-April 2016. It involved 7 women and 6 men, where one woman was the head social worker in a home for seniors. After finishing the research, I think that is not completely conditional whether seniors live in their own household or a home for seniors. The most significant influece to senior's health is a social support as a family and familie's relationship, also quality of care and the overall environment and personal feelings about the place they live at and have the possibilty of realisation. Showed that retimenet is very individual, for someone it's positive and for someone it's hard.
