Práce se zabývá prozkoumáním pojmů sebevýchovy a sebepoznání a následně významem vybraných technik sebepoznání a sebevýchovy v životě vysokoškolských studentů. V první kapitole se autorka věnuje problematice v mladé dospělosti se zaměřením na studenta vysoké školy, kdy zohledňuje období ústřední důležitosti pro rozvoj identity, vliv rodinné výchovy na osobnost jedince v mladé dospělosti a význam spirituální a emoční inteligence. Autorka konstatuje, že je nutné otázce spirituální a emoční inteligence věnovat pozornost zejména v období na hranici adolescence s časnou dospělostí, kdy se do popředí dostává nalezení hodnoty jedince a lepší proniknutí do sebe samého. Druhá kapitola je orientována hlouběji k sebevýchově a významu vybraných technik, které vedou k jejímu dosažení na základě impulzů psychoterapie a zážitkové pedagogiky. Podkapitola impulzů psychoterapie se větví na autohypnózu, rodinné konstelace a arteterapii. Druhá podkapitola impulzů zážitkové pedagogiky zahrnuje volnočasové aktivity v průběhu regulování zátěžových situací a následně outdoorovou animaci jako volnočasovou aktivitu. This thesis is focused on exploration of concepts of selfknowledge and selfeducation. Further on it focuses the importance of selected techniques of selfknowledge and of selfeducation in daily live of college students. In the first chapter the author deals with the problems in young adulthood with a focus on college student, where she takes into account the period of central importance to the development of identity, the influence of family education on personality in young adulthood and the importance of spiritual and emotional intelligence. The author claims that it is necessary to pay attention to the question of spiritual and emotional intelligence, especially in the period between the adolescence and early adulthood. In this phase finding values of individual and better insight into itself come into foreground. The second charter is oriented toward a deeper selfeducation and the importance of selected techniques which lead to its achievement based on impulses of psychotherapy and experiential education pedagogy. The subchapter of psychotherapy´s impulses is divided into self hypnosis, family constellation and art therapy. Second subchapter of impulses psychotherapy´s includes leisure activities during regulating of stressful situations and consequently than outdoor animation as a leisure activity.
