Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj skautingu na Klatovsku. V úvodní části seznamuje s teorií skautingu, s jeho základními ideovými pilíři jako jsou základní principy skautingu, skautský slib a zákon. Dále se věnuje historii jak světového, tak i českého skautingu. Rozsáhleji je popsán vývoj skautského hnutí na Klatovsku s ohledem na všechna období, kdy byla tato organizace zakázána. V závěru práce se pokouší na základě rozhovorů, uskutečněných se skautskými klatovskými činovníky, zjistit zda skautské ideály a hodnoty, které nám zanechali naši předci, mají svou aktuálnost pro děti a mládež i v dnešní době. Zdali skautská výchova na Klatovsku prošla nějakou zásadní proměnou od doby založení skautského hnutí po dnešní dobu. The bachelor´s work is focused on the development of Scouting in the region of Klatovy. In the first part there is introduced the theory of Scouting, with its basic ideological pillars such as the basic principles of Scouting, the Scout promise and law. It also discusses the history of the world scouting and Czech scouting. Extensively it describes the development of the Scout Movement in the region of Klatovy with respect to all periods when the organization was banned. The end of the work attempts to find out, on the basics of interviews carried out with Scout officials in Klatovy, whether the Scout ideals and values that we inherited have their topicality for children and youth even today. Whether scouting education in the region of Klatovy has undrgone a major transformation since the founding of the Scout movement up to the present days.
