[cze][eng] Současný stav: Tělesná teplota patří mezi fyziologické funkce. V rámci ošetřovatelského procesu spadá do povinností sestry zaměřit se na tělesnou teplotu a pravidelně kontrolovat její hodnotu. Pokud se hodnota tělesné teploty vychýlí, je narušena rovnováha dítěte. Norma tělesné teploty je 36-36,9 °C. Všeobecná sestra monitoruje u pacientů/klientů tělesnou teplotu 3x během dne, pokud teplota nedosahuje vyššího stupně. Při vyšší teplotě je teplota monitorována v častějších intervalech. V současné době je na trhu mnoho typů teploměrů, které usnadňují a urychlují sestrám monitoraci teploty. Cíl výzkumného šetření: Cílem práce je zmapovat míru dodržování zásad správného měření tělesné teploty, dále zmapovat způsoby měření tělesné teploty. Zvoleny byly tyto výzkumné otázky: Do jaké míry dodržují sestry zásady správného měření tělesné teploty? Jakým způsobem bývá nejčastěji měřena tělesná teplota? Metodika: Pro zpracování tématu bakalářské práce byla zvolena a použita forma kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Pro získání informací byla použita technika hloubkového rozhovoru metodou dotazování a skrytého zúčastněného pozorování. Sběr dat proběhl během měsíce února 2016. Výsledky: Přepsané rozhovory byly podrobeny důkladné analýze, za pomoci metody papír a tužka otevřeným kódováním. Z analýzy dat vznikly celkem čtyři kategorie: Používané teploměry, Postup při měření tělesné teploty, Ošetřovatelský proces při zvýšené tělesné teplotě, Vzdělávání v oblasti tělesné teploty. K jednotlivým kategoriím jsou přiřazeny podkategorie, ve kterých jsou zakódována stěžejní data, vše je znázorněno v přehledných schématech jednotlivých kategorií. Pozorování sester proběhlo skrytě a bez jakékoliv edukace. Dotazované sestry využívají pro monitoraci teploty nejčastěji ušní teploměr, o kterém tvrdí, že je spolehlivý. Z pozorování vyšlo najevo, že ani jedna z respondentek nedodržuje před monitorací teploty hygienu rukou. Závěr: Z výzkumu vyplývá, že dotazované a pozorované sestry mají všeobecné znalosti o zásadách a způsobech měření tělesné teploty. Byly zodpovězeny obě výzkumné otázky. Sestry uvedly způsoby měření, které využívají při měření tělesné teploty. Ale i tak jsou v každé oblasti nedostatky a vzniká prostor pro další rozšíření teoretických vědomostí i praktických zkušeností. If the value of body temperature fluctuates, the child's balance is affected. The standard body temperature is 36-36,9 °C. A general nurse monitors the patient's body temperature 3 times during the day, if the temperature does not reach an elevated level. At higher temperatures, the temperature is monitored at more frequent intervals. Currently there are many types of thermometers, which facilitate and accelerate nurses' monitoring of temperature. Objective of the research: The aim is to monitor the level of compliance with the principles of correct measurement of body temperature, as well as map out ways of measuring body temperature. The following research questions were selected: To what extent do nurses comply with the principles of correct measurement of body temperature? In what way is body temperature usually measured? Methodology: For compilation of the thesis, a form of qualitative research was selected and used. To obtain information, the techniques of in-depth interviewing and covert observation were used. Data collection took place during the month of February 2016. Results: The transcribed interviews were analyzed in depth, with the help of the paper and pencil method of open coding. From the analysis of data, four categories emerged: the use of thermometers, the procedure for measuring body temperature, nursing procedure at an elevated body temperature, training in the field of body temperature. Individual categories are assigned subcategories, into which core data are encoded. Everything is presented in clear diagrams of individual categories. Observation of nurses was carried out covertly and without any notification. For monitoring temperature, interviewed nurses most frequently used the ear thermometer, which they maintain is reliable. From observation it was clear that none of the respondents followed hand hygiene procedures before measuring temperature. Conclusion: The research shows that the questioned and observed nurses have an overall knowledge of the principles and methods of measuring body temperature. Both research questions were answered. Nurses reported the methods used in the measurement of body temperature. But despite this there are deficiencies in every area, and there is room for further expansion of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
