Cílem této práce bylo shromáždit poznatky o problematice a metodice fotografování v akvaristice, popisy rozdílných přístupů při fotografování akvárií jako celku, interiéru nádrží, vodních rostlin, ukázkových druhů ryb a dalších akvarijních organismů včetně detailů. Hlavní částí práce bylo praktické ověření jednotlivých metod a postupů, vyhodnocení výsledků s doporučením nejvhodnějších technik pro fotografování akvarijních organismů v umělých laboratorních podmínkách. Použitá technika byla výhradně digitální fotografie s odůvodněním jejích výhod. Důraz byl kladen na způsoby osvětlování objektů a postupy jak zamezit vzniku optických a dalších vad technického charakteru, což je v akvaristické fotografii hlavní problematika. The aim of this work was to gather relevant knowledge about methodology in aquarium photography, descriptions of different approaches to taking pictures of aquariums as a whole, fish tank interiors, aquatic plants, fish selected for display and other aquatic organisms including details. The main part of this work was to check particular methods and procedures, evaluation of the results and suggestion of efficient techniques for photography of aquatic organisms in artificial laboratory conditions. The digital photography was used exclusively with its advantages explained. The emphasis was on the lighting of objects and procedures used to eliminate the manifestation of optical flaws, which is the main issue in aquarium photography.
