Abstract: We are utilizing the yeast two-hybrid screen to identify the interacting partners of the T. brucei FoF1-ATP synthase subunits that have no known homologues outside of Trypanosomatids. A better understanding of the framework of these 14 unknown proteins may suggest their function within this essential enzyme.
