Předmětem diplomové práce je nastínit situaci demografického stárnutí v České republice z pohledu reprodukce pracovní síly a lidského kapitálu. Většina závěrů ohledně demografického stárnutí je vyvozena pouze z prognóz o počtu osob v jednotlivých věkových generacích, ale z pohledu lidského kapitálu jsou tyto závěry opomíjeny a upozaďovány. Cílem práce tak není primárně odkrýt doposud neznámé, ale především popsat a analyzovat demografické stárnutí v České republice, a to i na regionální úrovni. Práce má za cíl upozornit na to, že jde o závažné téma, které již není možné dále přehlížet. The aim of this thesis is to describe the situation of a demographic ageing in the Czech Republic from perspective a reproduction of the workforce and the human capital. Most conclusions regarding a demographic ageing are based on a number of people in each generation. On the other side conclusions based on a human capital data are often ignored and marginalized.The main aim of this thesis is not to discover the unknow, but to describe and analyze demographic ageing in the Czech Republic. This thesis want to show that the demographic ageing is a serious topic that cannot be overlooked.
